Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-native healthcare products that leverage agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. Own product execution end-to-end by partnering with business, engineering, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release execution
Translate business needs into capabilities, features, and technical requirements
Drive system, process, and data analysis to identify product opportunities
Partner with engineering, UX, and AI/ML teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions
Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance for agentic AI products
Lead agile execution, stakeholder demos, and roadmap communications
Foster innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous value delivery

Required

What you'll bring

Graduate degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery
Experience with AI based product is mandatory
Proven experience shipping AI-native or agentic products involving orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and autonomous decision-making
Experience with AI-native development practices and human-in-the-loop systems
Proven solid expertise in backlog management, user stories, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Aha!
Proven technical depth across APIs, cloud platforms, data architectures, and enterprise systems
Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proven excellent communication and ability to influence across a matrixed organization
MBA, or equivalent technical/business qualifications
Experience in US Healthcare IT products strategy and development
Experience working with AI/ML, Data Science, or Automation teams
