Specialist - Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Accelya, you bridge customer and business needs with the development organisation, ensuring the Agile team delivers valuable, customer-focused products. You work closely with the Product Manager, Architects and Development team to define requirements, prioritise the backlog and drive successful product delivery.

What Will You Do?

Own the development stage of the product lifecycle in partnership with the PM.

Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with key stakeholders.

Represent customer and business needs and prioritise the product backlog.

Collaborate with development teams on estimates, capacity and release timelines.

Adapt plans based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring quality, security and design.

What Do You Need to Know?

6+ years of experience in Product Owner roles.

Experience in the airline industry is mandatory.

Expertise in end-to-end workflow solutions leveraging NDC.

Experience with platform/API solutions and business-user-facing applications.

Strong understanding of technical and platform concepts.

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe experience is an advantage.
