What you'll do

  • Own and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Define product priorities based on customer needs, business objectives, market trends, technology opportunities, and operational considerations.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps across multiple products, platforms, or technology workstreams.
  • Partner closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Operations, UX, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Translate complex business problems and customer needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and actionable priorities.
  • Establish measurable product outcomes, KPIs, and success criteria and use data to continuously evaluate and improve product performance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams, including communicating product vision, priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Champion a strong customer-centric product mindset, ensuring customer problems are clearly understood and addressed through effective technology solutions.
  • Drive experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.
  • Explore and support the adoption of AI-enabled products, automation, analytics, and other emerging technology capabilities where they can create meaningful customer or business value.
  • Identify and remove product, organizational, and delivery roadblocks while effectively managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional product teams and foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
  • 12+ years of experience in Technology, Product Management, Digital Products, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering technology products, platforms, or digital experiences in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ownership of product strategy, product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience working across business and technology organizations in a cross-functional product environment.
  • Strong product leadership experience with customer-facing digital products at scale.
  • Airline, travel, loyalty, hospitality, transportation, or related customer experience domain expertise.
  • Experience working with or supporting products serving the North American market, with an understanding of customer expectations and operational dynamics.
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Operations, UX, Data, and Analytics organizations.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Experience working in large, complex, globally distributed organizations.
