About the role

What you'll do

• Product Vision & Roadmap
• Define product vision, product development strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify customer stated needs and uncover underlying latent needs, translating them into opportunities that broaden the product's functional spectrum.
• Participate and contribute to new product initiatives.
• Own product portfolio planning and prioritization.
• Product Lifecycle Management
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements.
• Create and document product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Lead feature ideation from concept phase to curated product requirement.
• Drive release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Customer & Market Engagement

What you'll bring

• Experience in Building Automation, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, AI, IoT, analytics, HVAC, or Industrial Digital platforms.
• MBA or master’s degree in digital product management or equivalent is preferred.
