Work Mode: On-site | Full-time

We are looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or communication technology products to drive product strategy, development, and growth across messaging and communication platforms.
Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
Manage communication products across SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, Email, and OTP.
Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver product features.
Manage REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer requirement gathering.
Track product metrics, including delivery rates, adoption, retention, usage, and revenue.
Understand messaging compliance, DLT/TRAI regulations, and communication platform policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of Product Management experience, with mandatory hands-on CPaaS/communication-platform product experience.
Strong understanding of SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Voice API, RCS, OTP, or A2P messaging.
