Technical Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own weekly sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily tracking, and sprint reviews/retrospectives.
• Translate business, client, and support requirements into clear, prioritised, and actionable product tickets.
• Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product architecture, integrations, technical dependencies, and constraints.
• Manage product roadmap and make day-to-day decisions balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with business/client stakeholders, engineering, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead defect triage, release planning, UAT, go-live activities, and post-release quality monitoring.
• Identify process and technical bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in product delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, decisions, releases, and sprint outcomes.
