What you'll do

Functions as dedicated Technical Product Owner (TPO) on 2 right sized, preferably co-located agile development teams. Responsible for backlog prioritization and refinement according to direction from Strategic Product Management (SPM) and other TPM leads
Be able to articulate detailed product overview, benefits, and associated personas
Follows existing and defined requirements gathering and PI execution process while considering and suggesting improvement opportunities. Participates and presents PI plans for teams in PI planning events

Required

What you'll bring

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in product development or product management
4+ years of product owner experience working on at least one agile scrum team
Proficient understanding of the basics of the role of technical product management, agile practices/methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle ((SDLC)
Proficient level of experience in discovery, requirement definition and user story definition
Proficient TPM assigned complex feature work on a single, primary product
Proficient understanding of the role of technical product management, agile practices and the SDLC. Fluent with existing product tools for tracking and user story creation (Aha, Rally)
Proven excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field
Certified scrum product owner
Experience in product tools including Aha and Rally
Experience with healthcare IT and/or knowledge of hospital revenue cycle
