Nice to have

• Experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design, proposal, NPD or manufacturing engineering, with a substantial period in a team-leading or product-owning role.
• Experience in an aerospace, defence or space industry organisation is mandatory; AS9100 certified organisation preferred.
• Proven record of owning a product line technically — from enquiry and feasibility through development, qualification and transfer into serial production.
• PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
• The Product Manager must hold authoritative command of at least two of Hical’s product categories and credible working knowledge of all of them. Candidates with hands-on working experience in one or more of these product categories will be strongly preferred.
• Magnetics and wound components – transformers, inductors, coils, chokes
• Wire harnesses and cable assemblies – discrete harnesses, looms, coaxial and shielded assemblies
