What you'll do

• 1. Brand & Portfolio Management
• Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned therapy segments to achieve sales, market-share and profitability objectives.Brand-wise sales growth, market share, portfolio profitability
• 2. Annual Marketing Planning
• Prepare Annual Marketing Plans, brand plans, promotional calendars, campaigns and lifecycle strategies.AMP completion, execution effectiveness, achievement against plan
• 3. Product Launch Management
• Plan and execute new product launches, line extensions and product revitalisation initiatives.Launch timelines, successful launches, first-year sales achievement
• 4. Scientific & Promotional Inputs
• Develop visual aids, product monographs, leave-behinds, CME content, digital content and scientific promotional materials.Timely delivery, quality of inputs, field-force acceptance
• 5. Sales Force Training
• Conduct induction, cycle-meeting, refresher and therapy/product training for the field force.Training completion, assessment scores, field implementation
