Licious is building the future of fresh meat and seafood in India. We operate at the intersection of consumer technology, fresh-food supply chain, operations and last-mile delivery, solving some of the most complex problems in the consumer internet space.

With a large and growing daily order base across multiple cities, our last mile is a critical part of both the customer experience and business economics. We are now investing in building a more technology-led, high-control and scalable last-mile network.

What makes the role meaty...

As the Group Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product charter across Licious' logistics and delivery network — spanning first mile, mid mile and last mile, including Delivery Executives (DEs), 3P delivery partners and other frontline stakeholders.

Your charter will be to build and scale the technology that enables Licious to create a high-control, intelligent and scalable logistics network, while continuously improving customer experience, operational efficiency and unit economics.

You will:

Own the product roadmap across first mile, mid mile and last mile, covering movement of inventory, order allocation, dispatch, transportation, delivery execution, exceptions and completion.

Drive improvements in SLA adherence — promised delivery time vs. actual delivery time, cost efficiency and overall logistics unit economics.

Partner deeply with Supply Chain and Operations to identify ground-level problems across the first, mid and
