We are looking for an Aerospace Development Manager to lead and grow our Aerospace portfolio, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention and business growth.

How you create impact

What you'll do

Lead and grow the Aerospace portfolio, driving customer acquisition, retention and long-term relationships.
Own and manage the P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
Lead the implementation and onboarding of new business awards, ensuring operational readiness and service delivery.
Partner closely with Sales and Pricing teams to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement across Aerospace operations, processes and customer solutions.
Ensure Aerospace teams receive the required basic, refresher and specialized training, including areas such as Dangerous Goods Regulations.
Ensure Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) remain current, accessible and consistently followed.
Manage relationships with carrier and external partners to maintain product and service quality.
Provide guidance on transportation and packaging solutions for Aerospace customers.
Engage regularly with customers and key stakeholders to review performance, identify improvement opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.
