Product Manager

What you'll do

• 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define product priorities, translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, and manage delivery from discovery to production.
• 2. CRM Ownership
• Drive the evolution of AAFT Online’s in-house CRM across sales, admissions, academics, student lifecycle management, and internal operations.
• 3. LSQ CRM Management
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ), including lead management, workflows, field mapping, automation, APIs, and integrations with internal systems.
• 4. Technology & Delivery
• Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to manage backlogs, sprint planning, releases, testing, and production issues.
• 5. Integrations & Automation
• Own integrations across CRM, LMS, payment gateways, financing partners, and other third-party platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
