LearnRush is an AI-powered learning platform helping enterprises create, deliver, and measure learning. Our products span learning management, AI course creation, competency mapping, skill assessments, and AI role-play.

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can turn customer problems into clear product decisions, build working prototypes, and train customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

Own features from customer discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and adoption.
Translate customer needs into product requirements, user journeys, and clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritise the roadmap based on customer impact, business value, and technical effort.
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver intuitive products.
Write code to build prototypes, validate ideas, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
Work with APIs, databases, and SQL to investigate product behaviour and inform decisions.
Build and evaluate AI workflows, including prompts, model outputs, and quality checks.
Lead product demonstrations, customer onboarding, administrator training, and internal enablement sessions.
Create practical training materials, walkthroughs, and product documentation.
Use adoption data, customer feedback, and recurring training questions to improve the product.
Who we’re looking for
Mandatory education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT).
