Your day at NTT DATA

The Manager, Service / Product Development, is a senior management role, responsible for driving the execution of the service / product development strategy and objectives as defined by senior leadership.

In addition, this role supports the leading of the creation of innovative and customer-centric service / product offerings whilst driving sustainable growth.

The Manager, Service / Product Development supports a culture of collaboration and innovation across their team with a focus on operational excellence.

What you'll do

Supports with driving Agile methodologies across service / product development teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies to deliver high-quality services iteratively and adaptively.
Collaborates among cross functional teams to work cohesively, communicate transparently, and achieve collective goals.
Provides expert guidance on technical architecture, software development best practices, and emerging technologies.
Supports with adoption of modern engineering practices, DevOps principles, and continuous integration/delivery.
Participates in communities of practices.
Enforces quality assurance practices.
Supports with promoting a culture of innovation by encouraging teams to explore new ideas, experiment with technologies, and implement improvements to enhance service quality, user experience, and efficiency.
Tracks key performance metrics related to service development and delivery.
Supports with utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizes processes, and drives continuous improvement.
Fosters professional growth and technical excellence by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement.
Drives a culture of collaboration and innovation across the team with a focus on operational excellence.
