Product Manager

What you'll do

• Product and Proposition
• Own the personal loan roadmap, proposition and customer experience across the full lifecycle: offer, application, KYC, e-mandate, disbursal, repayment and servicing.
• Improve offer-to-disbursal conversion by diagnosing funnel drop-offs and fixing them with evidence.
• Work with credit and risk teams on eligibility, offer construction and pricing, balancing conversion against portfolio quality.
• Benchmark against leading fintechs and know where we win and where we do not.
• Write sharp product requirements and make prioritisation calls that the POD understands.
• Partners, Platform and Compliance
• Manage relationships and integrations with NBFCs and third-party providers such as credit bureaus, and KYC vendors.
• Ensure every journey complies with RBI digital lending requirements.
• Think in platforms: identify what is common across personal, gold and business loans, and work with engineering to build shared services once instead of repeatedly.
• Growth
• Work with growth and marketing on acquisition, and with the wider Airtel Finance team on cross-sell.
