Role Summary

Airtel Business is seeking a dynamic and outcome-driven Product Manager to lead the Internet Leased Line (ILL) product portfolio – strategic business vertical. This role is instrumental in defining the vision, shaping the strategy, and driving execution for Internet as a product in the enterprise and SME segment. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions aligned with evolving market demands.

What you'll do

Vision & Strategy
Define the end-to-end product vision and long-term strategy for Internet offerings (Internet Leased Lines, DIA, Managed Internet, etc.), ensuring scalability, competitiveness, and profitability.
Translate market trends, customer requirements, and technological innovations into a compelling product roadmap.
Own the P&L for the ILL product with a current revenue responsibility of ₹3000 Cr and target-driven growth plans.
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct deep market research, including customer pain points, competitor analysis, industry benchmarks, and regulatory trends.
Engage with key stakeholders—sales teams, clients—to gather feedback and identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Product Roadmap & Feature Prioritization
Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and emerging technology trends.
Prioritize product enhancements and new features using data-driven frameworks that balance business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineering, network, BSG, Sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive alignment and seamless execution of the product vision.
