What you'll do

Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization

Plan and execute product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies
Support sales teams with technical training, product knowledge, and field demonstrations
Monitor product performance, demand forecasting, and inventory planning
Drive farmer engagement programs, field days, and crop demonstrations
Identify opportunities for new product introductions and market expansion
Drives the entire Lifecycle of Assigned Crops & Varieties.
Market survey, analysis, complete business planning, & execution with the sales team.
R&D collaboration will lead commercialization.
