Product Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Own the NaaS product & platform roadmap, prioritization and product lifecycle.
• Define and evolve API-first products and reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end digital journeys - onboarding, catalogue, configuration, ordering, provisioning, activation and service management.
• Drive integration of off-net/third-party network providers with an aim to deliver consistent customer experience across on-net and off-net services.
• Translate complex network capabilities into simple, scalable customer products.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Network/Service Operations, Commercial and Sales.
• Drive automation and reduce manual operational dependencies across the service lifecycle.
• Conduct customer discovery and translate customer needs into product requirements and outcomes.
• Define product success metrics covering adoption, digital penetration, activation time, automation, revenue and customer experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and build reusable capabilities across NaaS products.
• Experience
• 8–10 years of product management experience in B2B technology, SaaS, telecom, networking or platforms.
