What you'll do

• The Product Manager – Business Banking will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the suite of products and services offered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of business banking products. Based in Mumbai, the Product Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting revenue growth through customer-centric product development.

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Business Banking segment.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends in the SME space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and enhance products.
