Product Manager - Savings

What you'll do

• A Product Manager
• Savings Account is responsible for driving the growth, innovation and expansion of the Savings Account product portfolio through product enhancements, lifecycle management and the development and launch of new offerings. The role includes managing the product lifecycle and leading the implementation of product enhancements and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, business objectives and evolving customer needs. It also involves defining and executing product strategies, supported by long-term planning, market analysis and cross-functional collaboration, to drive business growth, customer acquisition and engagement.

• Manage the Savings Account product portfolio, including product lifecycle management, performance monitoring and continuous enhancement of existing products.
• Identify customer, business and market opportunities to enhance product propositions, improve customer experience and drive portfolio growth.
• Define product requirements, prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) and work with Technology and Operations teams to deliver product features, upgrades and process enhancements.
• Lead the development, implementation and rollout of product enhancements, new features and new product offerings across channels.
• Drive end-to-end execution of product enhancements, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, implementation and post-launch monitoring.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, assess product performance, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Analytics and Business teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of product initiatives.
• Ensure products, features and customer journeys are aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
• Monitor key business and product metrics, prepare management updates and drive corrective actions to improve product performance, customer engagement and portfolio growth.
