About the role

What you'll do

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap and backlog for customer account and loyalty capabilities.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear use cases, product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery and delivery of registration, authentication, profile, order history, returns, payment preference and account service journeys.
• Develop loyalty, rewards, membership, tier and offer experiences that improve customer engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, analytics, operations and business teams to deliver reliable customer-facing digital products.
• Skills Required:
• 5 - 10 years of relevant product management experience, preferably including 4 - 6 years managing customer-facing digital products.
• Hands-on Product Management experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements definition and product lifecycle management.
• Experience as a Product Manager for customer-facing digital products in the retail domain.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric solutions and account management journeys across digital channels.
• Experience designing or delivering rewards, loyalty, membership, points, offers or related customer engagement capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce products and digital commerce customer journeys.
• Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
