What you'll do
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for ERP systems and interconnected enterprise applications.
- Define product modules, features, business rules, user journeys, workflows, and cross-module integrations.
- Understand and translate business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, HR, Operations, and Project Management into functional product requirements.
- Design and validate end-to-end workflows, approval hierarchies, business rules, exceptions, and process dependencies.
- Define functional API requirements, integration specifications, data flows, and system dependencies in collaboration with Engineering.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams on wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, design systems, and functional design approvals.
- Own PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and requirements documentation.
- Lead client meetings, requirements discovery, workshops, functional discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Evaluate client requirements and decide whether they should be developed as core product features, configurable features, integrations, or client-specific customizations.
- Prioritize product backlogs, manage dependencies, resolve functional conflicts, and ensure timely development handoffs.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Implementation, Support, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality and successful releases.
- Make independent product and functional decisions while ensuring scalability, maintainability, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or relevant Product Management certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, swimlane, sequence, and state-transition diagrams.
- Exposure to Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Figma, approval engines, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS, multi-company and multi-branch ERP structures.
- Knowledge of audit trails, maker-checker controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Awareness of CMMI / ISO quality standards.
- Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
- Work Location: In person

- Experience in financial and banking products, including core banking, lending, payments, treasury, and accounting.
