Summary

UST is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery for healthcare and benefits-focused digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define product vision, drive value-based prioritization, and support the adoption of AI-powered and automation-driven capabilities.

The Opportunity

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable healthcare solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership to deliver high-impact products while supporting emerging AI, agentic AI, and automation initiatives.

Expertise in product vision creation, roadmap planning, and business-value prioritization.
Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple business units.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs within Jira.
Working knowledge of healthcare, benefits administration, and related operational processes.
Ability to define AI-enabled business outcomes and success measurement frameworks.
Experience supporting UAT execution, business validation, and release readiness activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
