Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Product Manager – Flexem to drive the growth of our Flexem automation product portfolio (HMI, PLC, servo drives & motion control and Industrial IoT gateways). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with commercial acumen in industrial automation products including PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, Motion Control, and Industrial IoT solutions.

What you'll do

  • Product Management & Business Development
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare annual business plans, product roadmaps, and revenue forecasts.
  • Technical Sales & Solution Consulting
  • Conduct technical discussions with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial customers.
  • Recommend appropriate automation solutions based on application requirements.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
