Product Manager- Ops Tech

What you'll do

• Analyze end-to-end operational processes, identify friction points in customer journeys
• Define scalable, tech-enabled solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies across workflows
• Define requirements, validate payloads, and troubleshoot issues across systems
• Work across EMRs, lab systems, reporting engines, CRM, and corporate platforms to enhance customer journey workflows
• Faster turnaround times, improved system adoption across centers
• Seamless data flow across systems
• Create BRDs/FRDs, work closely with development teams
• Lead testing, deployment, and adoption tracking
• This is not a coordination role it is a structured problem-solving and execution role.
• Requirement: Qualifications & Experience
• 25 years experience in Product / Business Analyst / Ops-Tech role
• Strong understanding of operational workflows
