Job Summary

Data science / analytics proficiency

Commercial modelling – including gainshare (or similar)

MBB or MBA with finance background

Experience in productized services / product company

OKR design and performance frameworks

Markets & Strategy Intelligence – flag strategic implications, produce actionable intelligence briefs

Track and synthesize Agentic AI technology trends

Maintain competitive benchmarking across other SIs, SaaS, and providers

Monitor partner ecosystems

Identify white space opportunities across the neo.ai target customer base

Blueprint & Strategy to Execution

Current -> end state blueprints, translating to structured execution paths

Own strategy approaches – including roadmaps, business models and OKRs

Support the Product Ops head in aligning the team across strategy to execution

Data analysis and insights on the business objectives

Own the analytical layer behind the product / business metrics dashboard

Run structured analysis on the GTM to inform roadmap prioritization

Produce data-led QBRs that link business performance to strategic goals

Commercial and Financial Modelling

Model pricing scenarios and build cost / margin analysis

Support resource allocation decisions with data – including headcount, partner costs, tooling

Produce business frameworks for new product investments and capability builds
