Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with 3 7 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, development, and execution while

ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including

engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.

Key

Product Strategy & Planning:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify
opportunities.
Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and deliverables.
Product Development:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements,
prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks during the product development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.

Experience: 3 6 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Education
MBA is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management tools
(e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and data analysis tools.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs, behavior, and market dynamics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product
vision and requirements clearly.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make
data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage
stakeholders.
