Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product development by serving as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

What you'll do

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business value and strategic goals.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead and actively participate in backlog grooming/refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to delivery teams and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure product features and solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives.
Make prioritization decisions and provide timely requirement clarifications during development cycles.
Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Support release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product rollouts.
Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, appropriately prioritized, and delivered effectively.
