Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI

What you'll do

• As a Senior Product Manager – Conversational AI at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will lead the development and scaling of Generative AI-powered products that transform customer experiences across digital and assisted banking channels. You will define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure responsible AI adoption to drive hyper-personalization, automation, and innovation.

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Generative AI initiatives
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across customer engagement, operations, compliance, and risk
• Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven products in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams
• Establish success metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous product iteration based on insights
• Ensure AI models are scalable, explainable, fair, and secure
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to meet ethical and regulatory standards
• Design intelligent conversational interfaces and automated workflows to enhance digital banking
• Leverage NLP, LLMs, and multi-modal AI for personalized customer interactions
