What you'll do

Strategic Product Leadership
Own your domain roadmap tied to measurable OKRs—define strategy, drive outcomes, and hold the line on scope discipline.
Run structured Problem & Solution Discovery before committing to build; validate with leadership, customers, and cross-functional partners.
Drive Go-To-Market readiness end-to-end: from inception through launch, adoption, and post-release success measurement.
AI-First Product Thinking
Embed AI as a default lens across every phase of product management—champion AI-native processes within your team.
Own end-to-end development of AI-powered features, including evals and measurable outcome tracking.
Leverage AI tooling to improve your PM workflow; model and share productivity gains with the broader team.
Participate in AI forums; work toward defining team-level AI processes and contributing sessions or case studies.
Ensure all AI features meet Cvent's responsible AI standards.
Execution Excellence & Platform
HealthDrive delivery accountability: sprint hygiene, backlog depth health, SLI/SLO monitoring, and prod bug leakage.
