Senior Product Manager, MobiLytix Design Studio

Key Accountabilities

Define and deliver the product capabilities of MobiLytix Design Studio across supported messaging and digital channels, taking new capabilities through to general availability and production scale.

Critically assess existing and in-progress capabilities against product quality, scalability, reliability and platform-fit standards, and raise the bar where needed.

Define GenAI-assisted content and template generation capabilities across supported channels.

Ensure capability scope, backlog and product requirements are defined with sufficient clarity for engineering to execute without ambiguity.

Define and own the forward product roadmap for MobiLytix Design Studio.

Drive evolution of reusable template frameworks across messaging and digital channels — including conversational messaging, mobile and web push, in-app, email and web experiences.

Define dynamic content rendering capabilities that interpret and execute personalisation recipes provided by MRTM and MobiLytix Rewards.

Establish content assembly logic combining templates, attributes and decision outputs into customer-ready digital experiences.

Own high-scale dispatch framework capabilities across supported channels.

Define response capture mechanisms — delivery, engagement and interaction telemetry — and ensure bidirectional feedback loops to upstream decision systems.

Ensure rendering and dispatch capabilities align with platform abstraction and cross-industry scalability
