What you'll do

'- Manage and improve the online partner journey and customer experience to differentiate the bank from competition
Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its implementation to improve overall operational efficiency
Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best-in-class products and service offerings to the customer
Managerial & Leadership
'- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer’s needs holistically
Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
Key Success Metrics:
Business P&L, profitability, revenue through strategic key partnerships with online vendors, portfolio quality (bounce rate, delinquency below threshold)

Roles & Responsibilities:
'- Lead the POS business to expand volume of business and profitability of products and portfolio
Guide distribution of products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
Own the loan business P&L and drive cost effective operations
Partner with the Technology and Digital teams to facilitate process improvements and innovation, thereby increasing operational efficiency and creating a online seamless experience for the customer
Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, Brands, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio
Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
Work with business analytics team to identify potential for POS business and prepare for external environment
