What you'll do

  • We are seeking a self-motivated, analytical, and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, advanced analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor a team. Candidates with a solid understanding of product policy and exposure to campaign management will be preferred.
  • Product Strategy & Execution
  • Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to validate ideas, prioritize features, and monitor performance.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Use Python for data automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Break down complex business challenges using structured frameworks and analytical thinking.
  • Build hypotheses, test using data, and create actionable insights.
