• Are you an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning data into action? If so, join our team and help shape how Nutanix measures product adoption, customer value realization, and business outcomes across our portfolio.
• In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Adoption & Insights. You will partner closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy teams to build trusted adoption metrics, actionable insights, and AI-powered recommendations that help improve customer adoption, retention, and growth.
• Your Role:
• Define and drive strategy and roadmap for Product Adoption & Insights initiatives across the Nutanix portfolio.
• Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve adoption, customer health, and value realization.
• Define and evolve adoption frameworks, telemetry requirements, customer health metrics, and executive reporting.
• Build AI-powered actionable insights that help Customer Success and Account teams proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify new opportunities and drive prioritization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and enablement across Product, Customer Success, Field, and Corporate Strategy organizations.
