• Job Purpose
• We are looking for a marketing professional who can operate at the intersection of strategic communications, customer experience and cross-functional program delivery. The role owns high-visibility marketing and communication initiatives end-to-end — from defining the problem and shaping the narrative to aligning senior stakeholders and driving execution to closure. It acts as a strategic extension of the Marketing Communications function, enabling the team to take on larger, more complex programs while maintaining a high bar on customer communication quality.
• Primary Roles & Responsibilities
• Communication & Content Strategy
• Own the communication strategy for major product launches, portfolio initiatives and customer journeys, including messaging frameworks and customer-first narratives across touchpoints.
• Set the content strategy for large customer communication programs, partnering with the execution team on day-to-day production.
• Review and elevate customer-facing communication, balancing customer experience, business objectives, brand standards and regulatory requirements.
